Confirmation Email
Stageworks automatically sends patrons a confirmation email with details about the event. This email also contains their tickets. You can customize this email in the Settings tab of the Event Series.
You can customize the email subject and provide your own text to be included in the email. This is helpful if you need to provide special instructions or information about the event. You can preview the email and send a test to see how it will look to your patrons.
Reminder Email
By default Stageworks will send patron's a reminder email 6 hours before the event. You can change when this email is sent as well as customizing the subject and content. You can also disable it if you wish.
Patron's will also receive a convenient SMS message with a link to their tickets if they have provided their mobile number.
Post-Event Email
The post-event email is disabled by default. You can enable it and choose when it is sent. The Post-event email is a great opportunity to thank your patrons for attending and give them an opportunity to provide feedback.
